Shipping Policy

Orders are reviewed and processed after payment submission and confirmation. Processing time may vary based on order volume, payment verification, and fulfillment status.

Orders that clear payment before 2:00 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Once an order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for transportation and final delivery timing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather events, routing issues, missed scans, service interruptions, and similar transit events remain outside the control of Next Era Peptide after handoff.

Tracking details are provided when available. Customers should use the Track Order page for shipment visibility and order-status updates tied to their order number.

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate shipping information. Next Era Peptide is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address information supplied at checkout.
