If you've never used cryptocurrency before, don't worry — it's easier than you think. We recommend Coinbase because it's beginner-friendly, trusted by millions, and lets you buy USDC instantly with a debit card. The whole setup takes about 10 minutes.
Get the Coinbase app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). You can also sign up at coinbase.com on desktop.
Create a free account with your email address. Coinbase will ask you to verify your identity with a government-issued ID — this is standard and takes just a few minutes.
Once verified, go to Settings → Payment Methods → Add a Payment Method and link a debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Then tap Add Cash and enter the dollar amount you need (your order total plus a few extra dollars to cover the network fee). Before confirming, check the "Convert to USDC" option — this automatically converts your deposit into USDC so it's ready to send immediately. No need to search for USDC or go through a separate buy screen.
Before you hit confirm, Coinbase will show you exactly how much USDC you'll receive. Verify that the USDC amount covers your order total plus a few dollars for the network fee. Since USDC is pegged 1:1 to the dollar, the math is straightforward — $100 deposited = 100 USDC.
That's it — you now have USDC in your Coinbase wallet and can follow the checkout steps below. When the checkout shows a wallet address to send to, you'll open Coinbase, tap Send, paste the address, enter the exact amount from your quote, and confirm.
Visit the Compounds page to view all available products. Select the size and quantity you need, then click Add to Cart.
Your cart total appears in the navigation bar. Add multiple products before proceeding — you only go through checkout once.
Click the cart icon in the top right to review your items and totals. When ready, click Proceed to Checkout to open the order form.
Enter your name, email address, phone number, and full shipping address. All fields are required. Your details are used for order fulfillment only — nothing else.
Select the cryptocurrency you'll be sending. We accept four options — USDC is the recommended choice for most customers:
USDC is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar — the price you see on the quote is the exact price you pay. No exchange rate swings, no surprises. It's the simplest, most predictable way to pay.
Click Get Quote to calculate the exact crypto amount due at the current exchange rate. The quote is valid for 15 minutes.
The quoted amount covers your full order total including shipping. Send exactly what's shown — no rounding, no approximations.
The checkout page displays the wallet address to send to. Copy it using the copy button — never type it by hand.
Open your crypto wallet or exchange, initiate a send to that address, and enter the exact amount from your live quote.
After sending, your exchange shows a transaction hash (TX hash) — a unique ID that proves your payment on the blockchain. You'll need to copy the full hash from the block explorer, not the shortened preview shown in the app.
Step A: In your exchange, open the transaction and tap "View on block explorer". Step B: On Etherscan (or the relevant explorer), find the Transaction Hash field and copy the full string.
The full TX hash is always 66 characters starting with 0x. Copy it exactly — paste it into the TX hash field on checkout.
Return to the checkout form and paste your TX hash into the TX Hash field. This is required to submit — it's how we verify your payment on-chain.
Uploading a payment screenshot is optional but can help in rare edge cases.
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after submission at the address you provided. It includes your order number, itemized products, and a tracking link.
Save your order number — you'll need it to look up your status.
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and email to see your current status.
Orders move through: Awaiting Payment Review → Payment Confirmed → Processing → Shipped. You'll receive an email at each key stage.
