Payment Guide
How to Buy — Pay with USDC or USDT
A step-by-step walkthrough for paying with stablecoins on Ethereum — from acquiring USDC or USDT to submitting your transaction hash at checkout.
Step by Step
The whole process takes most first-time buyers under 15 minutes. Here is exactly what to do, in order.
Set up a wallet or exchange account
You can pay from a major exchange account (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, etc.) or a self-custody wallet like MetaMask or Trust Wallet. Either works — you just need somewhere that holds USDC or USDT and can send on the Ethereum network.
Acquire USDC or USDT on Ethereum
Buy USDC or USDT with a card or bank transfer on your exchange, or swap crypto you already hold for one of them. Make sure you hold it on the Ethereum network — that is the only network we accept payments on.
Start checkout and generate your quote
Add your items to the cart and begin checkout. Choose USDC or USDT and you'll be shown the exact amount to send and the wallet address to send it to. Because stablecoins are pegged 1:1 to the dollar, the amount equals your order total — no rate math. Your quote stays valid for 60 minutes.
Send the exact amount to the wallet address
From your exchange or wallet, send the exact quoted amount of USDC or USDT to the displayed address, on the Ethereum network. Send the precise amount — sending less flags the order as underpaid, and you'd need to top it up. Ethereum also charges a small network gas fee, paid separately in ETH from your own wallet — it is not deducted from the amount you send us, varies with network conditions, and your wallet shows the exact cost before you confirm.
Copy your transaction hash (TX hash)
Once you send, your exchange or wallet generates a transaction hash — a long string that acts as a permanent receipt. Find it under “Transaction Details” or “View on Explorer” and copy the full hash (for Ethereum it starts with 0x and is 66 characters).
Submit your TX hash
Paste the transaction hash into the checkout form and submit. If you aren't ready to pay the moment you check out, that's fine — your order is saved and you can submit the hash later from your account's order history.
Automatic on-chain verification
Our system verifies the transaction directly on the blockchain — the amount, the destination, and the confirmations — with no manual review. Once confirmed, your order moves straight into processing and you'll get an email at each stage.
Send on Ethereum — and send the exact amount
Two things matter most. First, send on the Ethereum network: USDC and USDT exist on several blockchains, but we only accept them on Ethereum mainnet. Sending on another network (Tron, Solana, Polygon, etc.) means we can't credit the payment. Second, send the exact quoted amount — if a payment comes up short, the order is flagged as underpaid and you'll be emailed a link to submit a second transaction for the difference.
Why stablecoins?
USDC and USDT are pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar, so the amount you send is the exact amount we receive — no rate calculation and no price movement between quote and confirmation. If you'd like a deeper explainer, see our guide on USDC vs USDT, and how we confirm payments in on-chain verification.
