Research-use-only representation

All Next Era Peptide compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. As an affiliate, every post, message, page, or communication you make about our products must reflect this. You may not describe, imply, or suggest that any product is intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, or any in-vivo use.

No medical, therapeutic, or dosing claims

You may not make or imply any medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, curative, weight-loss, or health-benefit claim about any product, and you may not provide dosing, administration, or protocol guidance. Do not use human-use language (for example: "dose," "cycle," "inject," "take," "results"). Describe products only as research materials.

Accurate, honest promotion

Represent Next Era Peptide truthfully. Do not fabricate results, testimonials, certifications, or endorsements. Do not misrepresent pricing, availability, purity, or certificate-of-analysis information. Your discount code is for your genuine audience — self-referral, bulk self-purchasing to farm commission, coupon-site spamming, and incentivized fake orders are prohibited.

Your code and referral link

You receive a personal discount code and a referral link. Your audience saves at checkout with your code, and you earn commission on their confirmed orders. You may change your code from your dashboard at any time; the previous code stops working immediately once changed. You are responsible for how and where you share your code and link.

Commission and payment

Commission is a set percentage of the goods revenue (order total excluding shipping) on confirmed, non-refunded orders placed with your code. Commission is not earned on unconfirmed, canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders. You are welcome to use your own code on your own orders and you will receive the discount, but your own orders do not earn commission — a purchase you made yourself is not a referral. Commission rates and payout timing are set by Next Era Peptide and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

Customer privacy — what you can and cannot see

Your dashboard shows only order-level performance data: order number, date, order amount, your commission, and fulfillment status. You will never be given a referred customer's name, contact details, shipping address, payment method, wallet, or any personal or payment information. Attempting to obtain or misuse customer data is grounds for immediate termination.

Compliance and lawful conduct

You must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising standards where you operate, including FTC disclosure requirements (clearly disclose that you earn commission). You may not promote through spam, misleading advertising, trademark-infringing domains, or unauthorized paid search on our brand terms.

Termination

This is an at-will partnership. Next Era Peptide may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause — including if you are no longer a good fit, generate no sales over an extended period, violate these terms, or engage in conduct that could harm the brand. You may leave the program at any time. On termination your code is deactivated and any unpaid commission on confirmed orders up to that point is honored at our discretion, subject to fraud review.

Next Era Peptide supplies compounds for laboratory research use only. Affiliates must represent products accurately and make no medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic claims.
